Futurity Medical in Toronto, ON is seeking a self-motivated Family physician. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients’ physical and mental health.
• The candidate must prescribe and administer medications and treatments.
• The candidate must advise patients on health care.
• The candidate must act as the patient advocate.
• The candidate must coordinate or manage primary patient care.
• The candidate must provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate must work in a private practice.
