Factory helper

Coffrages Synergy in Lavaltrie, QC is seeking a self-motivated Factory helper. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment.
• The candidate must transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.
• The candidate must assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers.
• The candidate must perform other labouring and elemental activities.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.
• The candidate must prepare requisition orders to replenish stock.
• The candidate must cut materials using power tools or by hand.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a factory or plant.
