Pest B Gone Inc ( Thornhill, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Exterminator, pests. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time position. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must inspect buildings and surrounding areas for signs of infestation.
• The candidate must determine the type of treatment required.
• The candidate must prepare and spray chemical mixtures on infested areas.
• The candidate must fumigate households.
• The candidate must place and set traps to capture and remove animals.
• The candidate must clean out areas that harbour pests.
• The candidate must advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The work environment is smoke-free.
• The candidate will be required to work in confined spaces.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
