Job Description
- The candidate must promote conference and meeting services or special events.
- The candidate must review bids and negotiate costs.
- The candidate must co-ordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities and attend to related details.
- The candidate must coordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems and other details for special events.
- The candidate must implement social programs, food and beverage, transportation and other services.
- The candidate must plan and arrange for accommodation and transportation services.
- The candidate must plan required documentation and pre- and post-distribution of materials such as itineraries and evaluations.
- The candidate must plan for social events and guest programs.
- The candidate must manage event logistics.

- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
