Wong's Palace Restaurant in Marystown, NL is seeking a self-motivated Ethnic food cook. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Term or contractFull time position. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must organize buffets and banquets.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.

Job Requirements
