Job Description

  • The candidate must identify barriers to employment and assist clients with job readiness skills, job search strategies, résumé writing, and interview preparation.
  • The candidate must perform administrative tasks.
  • The candidate must administer and interpret aptitude and interest assessment tests.
  • The candidate must provide consulting services to community groups, businesses, industries, and organizations involved in career planning support.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
  • The candidate should be client-focused.
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
  • The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
  • The candidate must be a good team player.
  • The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
