Farm supervisor

S&K Greenhouse and Farms ( Montague, PE) is currently looking for a skilled Farm supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
