L'École l'Eau-Vive in Québec, QC is seeking a self-motivated Elementary school teacher. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Term or contractPart time position. Shift timings include: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must discuss results and students’ progress with students, parents and school officials.
• The candidate must evaluate and document students’ progress.
• The candidate must participate in staff meetings.
• The candidate must assign and correct homework.
• The candidate must develop course content.
• The candidate must lead students in activities that promote physical, mental and social development and school readiness.
• The candidate must prepare subject material in accordance with an approved curriculum.
• The candidate must prepare, administer and correct tests.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a private school to provide instruction, supervise students, and support academic development.
