Electronic component assembler

Maple Armor Group Corporation is situated in Brossard, QC and is hiring a Electronic component assembler to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must maintain test result reports.
• The candidate must pack items for shipping and distribution.
• The candidate must inspect electronic components and assemblies for adherence to specifications.
• The candidate must check final assembly for finish, labeling and packaging methods.
• The candidate must collect, record, and summarize inspection results.
• The candidate must check mechanical dimensions and perform go/no-go electrical tests.
• The candidate must clean work areas.
• The candidate must identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
• The candidate must perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts and systems.
• The candidate must read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• The candidate must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
