Electrician

G Sekhon Electrical Ltd. ( Surrey, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Electrician. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes.
• The candidate must install underground wiring and cables.
• The candidate must splice, join, and connect wires.
• The candidate must test and measure voltage, loads, and ground faults for integrity of circuits.
• The candidate must troubleshoot and isolate faults.
• The candidate must install surface mount and/or overhead cables.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.
• The candidate must read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
