Electrical technician

Dial an Applianceman is situated in Edmonton, AB and is hiring a Electrical technician to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Weekend, On call shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must install equipment.
• The candidate must maintain equipment in proper working order.
• The candidate must service equipment.
• The candidate must assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports.
• The candidate must assist in inspecting, testing, and adjusting electronic components.
• The candidate must conduct safety training programs.
• The candidate must conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
• The candidate must set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems.
• The candidate must complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
