Customer service manager - retail

PacWest is situated in Edmonton, AB and is hiring a Customer service manager - retail to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
