Job Description
- The candidate must read blueprints to determine work requirements.
- The candidate must troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment.
- The candidate must perform on-site servicing and repair.
- The candidate must test and repair or replace faulty wiring or components in electrical switchgear.
- The candidate must test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance.
- The candidate must adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
- The candidate must repair or replace defective machinery parts.
- The candidate must fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up.
- The candidate must detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions.
- The candidate must clean and lubricate machinery and equipment.
- The candidate must install machinery and equipment.
- The candidate must operate machining tools to fabricate parts.
- The candidate must troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems and related devices.
