Draftsperson

TACS Construction Ltd. is situated in York, ON and is hiring a Draftsperson to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare engineering designs and drawings.
• The candidate must develop and prepare design sketches.
• The candidate must prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must complete documentation packages and drawing sets.
• The candidate must examine drawings for conformity and errors.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
