Doctor's office receptionist

Clinique de physiothérapie Val-d’Or, Inc ( Val-d'Or, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Doctor's office receptionist. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment - Part time. The schedule involves Day, Evening, Flexible hours, , 14:00 to 19:00 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must receive and issue payments.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must perform data entry.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
