Doctor's office nurse

Mcdowells Medical Clinic in Kanata, ON is seeking a self-motivated Doctor's office nurse. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor patients and advise physicians of any changes in patients' conditions.
• The candidate must assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions.
• The candidate must conduct disease screening.
• The candidate must deliver immunization programs.
• The candidate must dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• The candidate must operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment.
• The candidate must provide nursing care.
• The candidate must perform administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a physician’s office to assist medical staff, manage patient records, and support clinical operations.
