Distribution clerk

YAMAHA CANADA MUSIC LTD. ( Scarborough, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Distribution clerk. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Term or contractFull time employment. Flexible availability required for: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documentation.
• The candidate must maintain internal record-keeping systems.
• The candidate must record shortages and reject damaged goods.
• The candidate must pack goods to be shipped.
• The candidate must unpack goods received.
• The candidate must affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
