Detailer

TCS Construction is situated in Newmarket, ON and is hiring a Detailer to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Morning, Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and prepare design sketches.
• The candidate must prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.
• The candidate must prepare contracts and tenders.
• The candidate must write technical reports.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must complete documentation packages and drawing sets.
• The candidate must examine drawings for conformity and errors.
• The candidate must consult with clients, engineers, or production specialists to establish product requirements.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
