Department manager

Metro Plus Plouffe Bromont ( Bromont, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Department manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must sell meats to customers.
• The candidate must order supplies and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a supermarket/grocery store self-service shop offering a wide variety of food, beverages, and household products, organized into sections.
