Dental technician

Butterfly Dental Laboratory Inc. in Mississauga, ON is inviting applications for the position of Dental technician. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Overtime available, , 09:00 to 17:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must design dental devices.
• The candidate must fabricate and repair dental crowns, bridges and implants.
• The candidate must cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases.
• The candidate must be knowledgeable in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
• The candidate must perform 3D printing tasks.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be able to distinguish between colours.

• The candidate should work in a commercial dental laboratory that supports dental professionals by providing customized appliances for dental patients.
• The candidate must work in an independently owned business to manage operations, serve customers, and ensure business success.
