IGA GRAVEL & FILLE in Roberval, QC is seeking a self-motivated Delicatessen supervisor - food store. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must motivate staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
