Daycare director

Bradford Children's Academy ( Bradford, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Daycare director. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate the delivery of social and community service programs.
• The candidate must hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff.
• The candidate must establish administrative procedures.
• The candidate must manage the operations and activities of social and community centres, correctional facilities, and detention centres.
• The candidate must plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment.
• The candidate must resolve conflict situations.
• The candidate must provide coaching.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
