Custodian

nettoyage perfecto ( Québec, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Custodian. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time opportunity. Required shifts: Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
• The candidate must operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and refuse.
• The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• The candidate must wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.

Work Setting

• The applicant should be able to work in a school or educational institution/establishment comprising establishments that provide instruction and training in various subjects.
