Independent Counselling Enterprises Inc. is situated in Edmonton, AB and is hiring a Crisis line responder to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Casual employment - Part time position. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
