Crew dispatcher

Chrono Jet Inc. is situated in Québec, QC and is hiring a Crew dispatcher to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must design new or modify existing schedules using computer software or other methods.
• The candidate must compile equipment and personnel records, including hours in service, distances, maintenance, repairs required, and other data, to produce operating reports.
• The candidate must assign personnel to equipment and routes and schedule work shifts.
• The candidate must review personnel availability and other pertinent information to establish schedule parameters.
• The candidate must process files and paperwork.
• The candidate must take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• The candidate must dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
• The candidate must confirm transportation and accommodation reservations.
• The candidate must assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
