Job Description

• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

• The candidate must conduct staff recruitment and selection.
• The candidate must plan, direct and monitor activities of the sales department.

• The candidate should work in construction trades and crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting and decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, and wall and floor work.
• The candidate must work in industrial services, providing support in maintenance, operations, and specialized technical services for industrial facilities.
• The candidate must work in manufacturing industry to operate machinery, assemble products, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• The candidate should work in the private sector in any office or work area that is not open to the public in the ordinary course of business except by individual invitation.
• The candidate should work in the construction industry and focuses on the creativity, creation and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
