Apollo Pizza in Westlock, AB is seeking a self-motivated Cook. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.
