Cook's helper

Tim Hortons is situated in Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, QC and is hiring a Cook's helper to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must load buspans and trays as required.
• The candidate must operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• The candidate must replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• The candidate must sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• The candidate must stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• The candidate must take customers’ orders.
• The candidate must use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
