RESTAURANT TOMAS TAM ( Québec, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Cook. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
