Job Description
- The candidate must plan menus and estimate food requirements for preparation.
- The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
- The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
- The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
- The candidate must plan the sequence of operations.
- The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.
- The candidate must organize day-to-day business operations.
- The candidate must cook meals as required.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
