Building services worker

Hôtel Le Bonne Entente ( Québec, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Building services worker. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
• The candidate must operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and refuse.
• The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• The candidate must wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
• The candidate must clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
