Harvey's and Swiss Chalet ( Parry Sound, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Cook. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
• The candidate must portion and wrap foods.
• The candidate must package take-out food.
• The candidate must clean and sanitize kitchens, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
