Line cook

3 mariachis inc. ( Woodbridge, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Line cook. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
