Job Description

  • The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
  • The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • The candidate must prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
  • The candidate must organize buffets and banquets.
