Our Place Restaurant in Kimberley, BC is seeking a self-motivated Cook. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
