Yuzu express Jonquière-Mellon ( Jonquière, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Cook. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.
• The candidate must recommend products or services to customers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
