Mount Royal Hotel is situated in Banff, AB and is hiring a Cook to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
