Cook's helper

Tabor Pizza Ltd is situated in Prince George, BC and is hiring a Cook's helper to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment - Part time position. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Weekend, , 14:00 to 19:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• The candidate must use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
• The candidate must remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must maintain a positive attitude.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.

• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
