Dunrite Rubber & Plastic (2021) Limited in Lively, ON is seeking a self-motivated Conveyor belt foreman/woman - rubber manufacturing. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, On call shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• The candidate must check and monitor product quality.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
