Construction site supervisor

Proshield Building Solutions Inc. ( Edmonton, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Construction site supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must set up machines and equipment.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
