Construction site foreman/woman

Wright Construction Services Inc. in Cochrane, AB is seeking a self-motivated Construction site foreman/woman. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.

Work Site Environment

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

• The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
