Groupe Atwill-Morin Inc ( Montréal, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Construction manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate subcontractor activities.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• The candidate must plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
• The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• The candidate must develop risk management plans.
• The candidate must prepare reports.

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
