Construction labourer

Archille LeBlanc Construction Ltd is situated in Haute-Aboujagane, NB and is hiring a Construction labourer to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Required shifts: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt accurately.
• The candidate must level earth to meet fine grade specifications.
• The candidate must pave and rake asphalt.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
