Construction helper

Now hiring: Construction helper at Colourwave Painting and Decorating Inc. in Winnipeg, MB. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Overtime required, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must clean and lubricate cranes.
• The candidate must mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt accurately.
• The candidate must assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
• The candidate must assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work.
• The candidate must clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
