Construction helper

SS Sidhu Construction Ltd. in Kamloops, BC is inviting applications for the position of Construction helper. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt accurately.
• The candidate must assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
• The candidate must level earth to meet fine grade specifications.
• The candidate must clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• The candidate must tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
