Construction helper

Rai Brothers Drywall Ltd. is situated in Surrey, BC and is hiring a Construction helper to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• The candidate must assist in demolishing buildings.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work in confined spaces.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work on high-rise building construction sites.
• The candidate must work on a construction site.
