Construction helper

Icon Homes Construction Ltd. in Delta, BC is seeking a self-motivated Construction helper. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance work.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
