1,2 Tree Care Inc. in Port Coquitlam, BC is seeking a self-motivated Construction estimator. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs.
• The candidate must prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads.
• The candidate must provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects.
• The candidate must create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms.
• The candidate must prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
• The candidate must liaise, consult, and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
