Microcom Developpement in Montréal, QC is seeking a self-motivated Computer networks manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and technicians.
• The candidate must coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements.
• The candidate must supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
• The candidate must meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
• The candidate must consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
