Job Description

• The candidate must advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
• The candidate must administer employment equity and other human resources programs.
• The candidate must oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
• The candidate must advise senior management.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
• The candidate must be familiar with MS Office applications.
• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must have successfully completed studies in Business Administration and Management, General.
